(available inputs for laptops, MP3 players and other external devices)
Lecturn
(with microphone and inputs for laptop (overhead projection) and external audio players as well as internal DVD and VCR)
Video Projection System
(for use with laptop connection in lecturn as well as DVD players in technical booth and lecturn)
Theatrical Lighting
(in-house system includes 12 lighting fixtures and additional rented fixtures can be added if required)
Technician
($25/hour per technician for basic audio and projection system setups in-house staff may be able to assist)

4. Catering

Will be serving refreshments at the event
Will be using a caterer for the event
Will be acquiring a special event liquor license for the event
Require the use of kitchen facilities
(warming cabinet, commercial size refrigerator and microwave - no dishwasher or stove/oven)

5. Box Office

Will be a ticketed event
Will require our Box Office services
($2.00 handling charge + GST per ticket)
